Question unity crashing with no warning

    hi I am having an issue with unity on macOS. I have added scripts to my project and everytime I try to run the game, i a message appears saying reload script assemblies and then proceeds to crash with no error message. I have read through articles but can't find a solution, please help

    I forgot to mention I am on the 2021.3.9f1 version of unity
