Bug Unity Crashing when I click the play button

Hello, my unity editor crashes every single time that I click play in only this one project it seemed to happen after I had installed all my packages and this would make you think that the packages are the issue but most of the packages are very trusted and most are used in my other older project which I found no issue in playtesting there.

I have re-imported my project,
Switched the editor version of it countless times,
Searched the web and found no success.

I have tried to get rid of some packages or modify some and still, this issue persists whenever it crashes it says this:

Obtained 2 stack frames

RtlLookupFunctionEntry returned NULL function. Aborting stack walk.

Im having the same problem after using camera stacking with the oculus sdk

 

I forgot about this, found a fix ended up being the OpenXR pc plug in.
