Unity Crashes on Sign In

    I am trying to download several Asset Store packages but cannot login for some reason.

    I have tried this on both Unity 5.6.7f1 Pro (the install I use), and Unity 2019.1.5f1 (new install).

    On 5.6.7 the editor crashes outright when I try to sign in to the Asset Store, and when attempting to login to 2019.1.5 via the Unity Hub, nothing happens at all.

    What is going on and how can I fix this?
