Unity crashes after saving code on Visual Studio

    Hi, recently I started having a problem with unity that sometimes after I save a code I'm working on Visual Studio it will crash and after some time the computer itself crashes.

    I was using Unity 2019.3.4f and Visual studio 2019, I tried upgrading to Unity 2020.1.8f1 and updating the Visual Studio, but the problem still persists. I also turned on the option Recompile after finish playing, but it didn't help.

    I also read that the Oculus plugin can cause that, but I'm not using it, I'm making a project for Android.
