Unity Crash on project open

Whenever I open unity, no matter what version, it opens the project menu fine, but when I make a new project or open an existing one, the report a bug pop-up appears, and says there is no fix. Additionally, while in the project menu, any project that I open says the version is "UnknownUnityVersion". Does anybody know how to fix this?

 

What Unity version did you install, and what system are you on? What is the error? Has Unity ever worked on this system?

 

I installed 2018.3.7f1, im on windows ten, My specs are: Cpu: Amd fx 8350, GPU: Gtx 1060 6gb, and 16 gb of RAM. When the crash happens i do not get a error code, just a report a bug message. And Yes ive had unity working on my system before
