Hello! Unity was working fine for me til yesterday, today i tried to open it up and this error appeared:

I already tried everything that was mentioned in other posts such as:
    -deactivating the firewall
-putting an exception for upm-win.exe process
    -setting no_proxy environment for unity
-updating unity to the latest release
    -disconnecting internet
-making sure 127.0.0.1 is set as Localhost in the system32 hosts file

i did an extra step that wasn't mentioned anywhere, i uninstalled a windows 10 security update and now unity works fine, i'm still really confused, i literally uninstalled a random security update and it worked, i'm pretty sure this problem will come up again later
