Unity Collaborate project not linking to Collab in editor

Yes, I have a seat on the org and yes I have appropriate privileges to access the project and up until today I have been able to use collab in every way you'd expect.

Today I turned on my pc and collab wasn't connected.
I asked if any one had turned it off as a trouble shooting step and they said no.
everything seems ok.

In the hub the project still looks like this


but in the editor we see this



I have logged in and out in every way available, I have updated my license and restarted my Mac.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
