    Our team will be performing maintenance on the Unity Collaborate service during the following time:
    • Maintenance Start: Saturday, October 6th, 5:00 a.m. UTC
    • Maintenance End: Saturday, October 6th, 9:00 a.m. UTC
    Why is Collaborate having a maintenance period?

    Over the last several months, the Collaborate team has been preparing to migrate our service from Amazon Web Services to Google Cloud Platform. During the maintenance window, we will put our service into “read-only” mode as we make the final switch over to Google Cloud Platform. Publishes will not be allowed during the time period. After the maintenance window is complete, we will take the service out of “read-only” mode and Unity Collaborate will be running on Google Cloud Platform.

    We will keep this forum thread updated with the status of the migration.

    What to expect

    We expect the actual maintenance period to be much shorter than 4 hours but are communicating a 4 hour window in case it goes longer than expected. During this time, users may experience a period when publishes are not allowed and may see the following message in the Editor console:

    Collab service is currently under maintenance, only read operations are allowed.

    Troubleshooting after maintenance

    If you are still unable to publish after the maintenance is complete, you may need to reconnect to the service, either by:
    1. disabling and then re-enabling your wifi
    2. disconnecting and reconnecting your ethernet cable

    We've started our maintenance. Publishes will not be allowed during this time.

    Our maintenance is complete.

    If you are still unable to publish, you may need to reconnect to the service, either by:
