Unity collab tool bar is black and empty

    Hey guys my unity collab tool bar is displaying black nothing loads and I really need to download updates my partner pushed earlier, he has given 24hrs to download updates else ill be out of the team guys please help me I am really confused ATM

    Hi Michael! Did you also try deleting your Packages folder mentioned in the steps I listed here? Do you see any errors in your Editor log or Console?

    Yeah I have already done that and I don't see any error In console,my location and country is Nigeria

    You should also be able to download updates using the Collab history window, if you need to do so immediately.

    To push the updates, you'll need to solve the Toolbar issue. What version of the Editor are you using? That will help determine the troubleshooting steps.

    Did you follow the troubleshooting steps? What did the URL http://localhost:38000/unity/service/collab/localChanges return for you?

    Note that this can be network-dependent in some cases, that is, certain network or firewall rules can cause the toolbar to not load.
