As described in title. I get this in my project. I've just downloaded my project from Unity Hub, I haven't made any local changes yet. It also has the blue arrow indicating there is something to publish. Not sure what to do - no helpful errors anywhere.

Hi @tomchambers, thank you for trying to include a screenshot of what you're seeing but it doesn't seem to be available anymore. Would you be willing to reupload a screenshot when you get the chance? Could you also tell me which version of Unity and the Collaborate package you have installed (you can check the latter in the Package Manager window). Do you get a blank Collab Toolbar with any other project, including brand new ones, or just this one?

Thank you for the screenshot! Please let me know which version of Unity and Collab that you're using when you get the chance.

In the meantime, please try the following:
    1. Turn off firewall and proxies.
    2. Check if running more than one instance of Unity.
    3. Close Unity and Delete your Packages folder, then Restart Unity:
      (Mac) <username>\Library\Unity\Packages
      (Windows) <username>\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Packages
    4. Close Unity, Delete the files in the following directories, then Restart Unity:
      (Mac) <username>\Library\Unity\Browser\Cache\Local Storage
      (Windows) AppData\LocalLow\Unity/Browser\Cache\Local Storage

You can find your Collab version by going to Window->Package Manager, then scrolling down to Unity Collaborate to see which version you're using.

Have you tried all of the suggestions I listed before with no changes?

Yes I've tried all of those suggestions. Still showing the same black rectangle and it has the blue up arrow on the collab icon.

The collab version is 1.2.16 (2019.2 verified)

Could you try sending me a DM with your Editor log? It would help if you can pass in the "--enableCollabEventLogs" command line argument before opening Unity so that we can have extra Collab logging. And please restart your Project and open the Collab Toolbar before copying your Editor log.

    I'm a Unity 2018.4.23f latest LTS user
I uninstall the latest verified Collaborate 1.2.x because having errors on my console
    Today that Collaborates is working,
I restart the project and install the latest 2. (now my project is close so I can´t look the number)
A dark-gray rectangle pops up when pressing Collaborate.

Since I do not need to Collaborate 2 I will uninstall it and install 1.
@ryanc-unity Before reopening do you need some more info from my side to help you debug?

Hi @AlanMattano, when you updated from v1.2.x to v2.0.x, did you try restarting your project to see if that resolved the issue with the blank toolbar?

This is just one of several issues that plagues collab for me. It happens at random, usually restarting Unity will fix it.
