Question Unity code not working Visual studio and Unity

My unity code (that i've followed from a tutorial) doesn't work.
Like Vector3 and other code that is only for Unity, visual studio doesn't recognize and just takes it as text, not as a code or program.
If anyone knows how to hhelp, please help me out, as I really want to get into programming games.
(i've installed Unity game development workload on my visual studio, Visual studio version 16.8.3, Unity 2019.)

I have searched for 3 hours but couldnt find an answer. Thats why i posted it

 

Does it still do it if you create a new C# script in Unity and then open it in VS?
Also make sure VS has the Unity-specific package installed (it should if you installed Unity the standard way).
