Unity Cloud Build Website Just Not Loading

I am having trouble getting Cloud Build (really any sites on the

developer.cloud.unity3d.com

domain) to load. The website just gets stuck at the "Loading" screen on my PC and never goes anywhere. The site is still working on my phone though, when signed into the same account. I've tried clearing cookies and browser history, restarting my browser, restarting the computer, but I just can't get Cloud Build or any other Unity service website to load on my PC.
