Bug Unity Cloud Build sometimes misses Github push events

    Sometimes Unity Cloud Build builds do not start despite a push to the Github repository.

    The GitHub integration is setting up correctly. But sometimes the build starts immediately after the push, sometimes it is ignored.
    My private guess is that it is ignored depending on the time of day when it is busy.

    Is anyone else suffering from same problem?

    Are you setup with OAuth or SSH authentication with GitHub? If you are configured with OAuth then there should be a Webhook that we created in GitHub using your OAuth credentials. If that WebHook was deleted then that could very likely be the issue. If it is SSH then we are polling the repo every few minutes looking for a new commit id.

    We're using SSH keys, but it seems that they are sometimes not polled.
    Sometimes they start the build in about 15 minutes, sometimes We wait for hours and they do nothing ;:)(

    Thanks for this info. We are currently digging into a similar issue with other source control systems so I'll make a note on the existing bug that a user is seeing this with GitHub SSH as well.
