Unity Cloud Build Android for Oculus "ASTC format is not supported, decompressing texture"

    I'm trying to make Android builds for Oculus with Unity Cloud Build. Oculus recommends using ASTC compression for textures, but I keep getting compression warnings on Unity Cloud Build.

    Code (CSharp):
    1. RGBA Compressed ASTC8X8 sRGB format is not supported, decompressing texture
    Why isn't it supported? Is there a way to force ASTC compression on UCB? Or is UCB not fully compatible for Oculus builds?

    My project is using Unity 2020.3.3f1
