    Having mainly worked with offline pipeline, I'm now trying out Unity for cinematic sequences.

    Photoscanned model which I retopologized in Maya. The coat is from Adam assets (temporary placeholder).

    That looks really good! I'm curious how you are planning to animate it. How difficult is it to rig such a realistic model without going in to that uncanny valley, though? Or are planning to use morph-targets instead?

    Thx! Well being a one man band on this project I'll probably use a rig on demand, like this one:

    And maybe pair it up to a facial capture rig, like in the video below:

    For motion capture I would go for Rokoko.

    Not the cheapest of solutions but still cost effective and saves me lots of time.

    Today I was playing around with shader Tessallation. Quiet happy with the real-time results:

    However the shader needs more work, to make it feel like snow.
