Unity Bug Reporter upload fails with "error downloading submit_bug_api.cgi"

I'm trying to report a bug (which has been working fine until today), but I'm getting an error after it packs the project and tries to upload it:



I've upgraded my project from 2019.1 to 2019.2 today, so maybe it is related.

Is this an issue with the Unity backend or on my machine? Any ideas what I can do?

I know that I can upload the project to a separate file hosting server and paste the link to the report, but I'm worried that this will mark my report as low quality and that it will end up low priority because it looks like its missing a repro project.

How big is the project, out of curiosity? I'm aware that our bug reporter has a problem with uploading projects of large sizes to it.

 

It's around 5 GB. I know, a large one (I usually do stripped down versions), but this time it doesn't reproduce when I remove most of the assets. I've also previously uploaded a larger project without any issues.
