Unity Bug Reporter Never Works, other options to submit bug reports?

    How do people submit bugs? The built in bug reporter is garbage that never finishes its submit process, and I can't find a create a bug report through the web page.

    Don't upload your large project and then report without the project folder. Later provide a smaller reproduceable project and reference the bug report

    It was a small test project set up specifically to reproduce the issue. after 3 hours I gave up

    Any news on the subject, Unity?
    I'm using Unity 2019.1.5f1 and after it finishes packing my small test project, the window is just stuck, leaving me with only the Cancel button.
