I've reported this scammer twice in July using Asset Stores report option but all items are still on sale:
    https://assetstore.unity.com/publishers/23180

The person in question is at least reselling free substance share materials which isn't allowed use in substance share license, nor is substance share license compliant with Asset Store terms.

In these packs, you can quickly find many share assets from Allegorithmic and GameTextures.com:

    Lucirgo:

    Substance Share:

I do hope Asset Store staff will do something. I tried the official route twice, now trying to get some visibilty for the issue on the forums as I don't want scammers to get away by selling others work as their own.

My biggest concern here is that if Asset Store staff doesn't respond to reports at all, shady assets get sold all the time and we simply can't trust the assets we buy there to be legit when even direct reports get ignored.

You're wasting your time reporting it. Unity's Asset Store has multiple problematic publishers and the staff have done nothing to assist with any of them. Worse yet there is at least one of them that they've promoted.

You're far better off reporting this to Allegorithmic and GameTextures. A legal department breathing down their neck will be far more effective than we have been.

Policing this stuff is not easy, and you either end up with false positives or false negatives. If you take down first YouTube style lots of legitimate assets will get hit without breaching.

For example Platformer PRO contains some CC-BY assets so could easily be targeted by a well meaning user. Of course I paid the author of those assets for the right to include them in my asset under the asset store licence, but you would need to buy my assets and then read all my licensing files to work that out.

    Hi,

It is sad to see the comparisons of the images and to know where these textures were obtained, the packages have been removed from the asset store and our texture artist will not be required again, thank you for exposing this information.
