Unity API doc not showing in VS

    For some reason, my Visual Studio won't show the Unity API hints anymore.
    Happened after I deinstalled the 2018 Unity, because I hoped the 2019 version would then be displayed in the start menu. (not the smartest idea, in retrospect)
    Then I deinstalled Unity Hub together with the 2019 version and reinstalled the newest 2019 version (without Unity Hub). But it's still not working.
    I also checked the Visual Studio options, but they seem fine to me.
