Unity android build showing static object.....

    Aloha, Im just trying a simple scene with a AR Camera (has key code etc in P-Settings) and a game object set in front of the ar-camera. I have Track device Pose checked, and Tracking Mode set to Positional....
    On the android (several devices same isue) the camera starts, has vuforia logo in corner, the gameobject (capsule ) is right there, but when the phone/tablet is turned the capsule is static on the screen as the video background moves.....

    Unity version 2018.3.2f1 EDITED: Updated to 2018.3.3f1 no change, same problem
    Vuforia 8.0.10

    been playing with this for a few days... I dont think the device is being seen for changes in orintation....

    Id like to try vuforia version 7.5 or so but cant find it to revert...

    anyting im missing?
