    (I come from Unity Answer)

Hello everyone, I am developing a camera app that works fine on most Android devices, but once I run the app on Xgimi TV, I can’t even see the splash screen and I get a crash.
I created a new empty scene on 2019.3.2 and packaged it, and I still receive the same error; I tried to use 2018.4.19f1 and still received a crash.
It seems to be an error that occurred when Unity started LogWriter. According to the test, 2017.4.3 can run normally, but my function needs a higher version support.

Ask everyone for help! The complete log is as follows:

    Unity 2018.4.19f1

This is the logcat obtained directly using Unity's Build And Run:

    Unity 2019.3.2 (more information)
    https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/HW3w3cRthH/

    Devices crashed:
    Xgimi TV H3 (Android 8.0, Quad-Core ARMv7 Processor, Mali-G51)
    Xgimi TV Z6X (Android 8.0, Quad-Core ARMv7 Processor, Mali-G51)
    Xgimi TV Z8X (Android 8.0)

    Device worked:
    Xgimi TV H2 (Android 6, Quad-Core ARMv7 Processor. Mali-T820)

After testing, the problem can be solved by switching the .Net version from 4.x to 3.5. This is funny - in Unity 2018, 3.5 has been marked as obsolete. Is there a way to solve this problem?

This is probably something specific to Android OS modifications in Xgimi. Sadly I don't think we have such device locally and it would take time to get it.

Without the ability to reproduce this locally, it's quite hard to fix that issue.

    Here's what you can try:
    * In 2020.1, the gradle export was improved for il2cpp, gradle export will contain all cpp files (both generated from your scripts) + core cpp files
    * Try switching your project to 2020.1
    * Export gradle project with il2cpp selected
    * Open the project with Android Studio, switch debugger type to Native
    * Try to debug your application.
    * If the crash happens in one of the il2cpp files, it should be relatively easy to spot this in your case.
