Unity and AdSense Ads during beta testing ?

Hello,

I have been browsing the forums and the Internet and could not find a 100% reliable answer whether running an open beta release with Ads On is against the terms of sevice of Unity Ads/Google. I am hoping someone might have the answer for it. My app is tightly integrated with rewarded videos as the ads speed up the process of unlocking new levels. In other words, Could someone confirm 100% whether I can use real Ads for the open beta players to click on or I should stick to the test Ads (and have the players also clicking on test ads) until is production released ?
