Unity always crashes on startup.

    After opening a project from the hub it tries to open the editor, but all I get is a white screen then the crash handler appears. I cannot access unity as a result, even after creating new projects. I looked into the ump log and found:

    What is the parent process? And how do I stop its "termination".

    If it helps find a solution, I changed some environment variables to support minecraft modding earlier. Wondering if this could cause it.

    My unity is crashing and will not open also.

    Latest unity 2019.3.5f apparently is missing the package manager. Just downgraded to 2019.3.4f for now...

    I was instructed by support staff in email that a fix is to update graphics card drivers. I did and it now works. Try that.

    I upgraded my GPU still crashing. Tried to upload the crash report, that always errors out and fails at 99%.

    Did you update the graphics card as in "Remove it and Replace it"? Or did you update the drivers?

    Here is the full instructions from the email:

    As a workaround, please try the following:
    -Update your GPU drivers
    -Reinstall DirectX 11
    -Use -force-glcore argument when launching Unity. You can read more about command-line arguments here: http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/CommandLineArguments.html

    I think I also got it after upgrading project from 2019.3.7 to 2019.3.9 hdrp.
    The project opens but after some minutes a Runtime error pops up.

    Parent process [6600] was terminated
