Question Unity always crash when startup/playing/debugging...

    I've been trying to use unity (Hub2.5.5, unity 2020.3.25f1c1) to work on Window 10. But the unity was always crash in many cases (startup, playing mode, debug with VS2019, or evening no action). I was no idea if it was unity bugs or my system instability. Seen from the Editor log, I found the curl error, is it the reason of why crash happening? Does anyone have the same issue as me? I was almost broken down, does anyone can help to solve it?
