Why is it so low ? I've had about 5,000 impressions like it's suggested..

Obviously all those impressions in Brazil are dragging the eCPM down (although more importantly bringing in income because of volume).
Are you on both Android and iOS? If so, is there a major difference when you split by platform?
Sorry for the late reply. I am only on Android at the moment. I had switched to Appodeal mediation but that was giving me a really low fill rate as well as ecpm (8.27% fill, $1.50 ecpm - skippable video ads). So I removed that and I just integrated Unity Ads 2.0 to see how that will do. Also, yeah most of my users are from brazil, but I still did not expect the ecpm to be that low...
I completely removed my game from the Android market after $0.00 UnityAds revenue in 30 days versus $150 or so in iOS. Android is a waste of time as far as I can tell.
It's not. It highly depends on your game.
