Unity ads unresponsive close button

    We started receiving complaints from players today about unresponsive ads which can not be closed.

    Anyone facing similar issues?

    Have you been able to reproduce this? Which platforms does this affect? Which Unity Ads SDK is used?

      • Using built-in SDK from Unity 2018.2.13, after looking into CHANGELOG of com.unity.ads, it reads 2.0.8 [2018.05.01]. The problem appeared out of nowhere and we have not made any changes to SDK or code.
      • Placements
        • Reported are both rewarded and non-rewarded ads
      • Does it happen to both iOS and Android?
        • Looks like it is only happening on iOS
      • When do you start receiving these reports?
        • Reports started appearing yesterday (april 17th)
      • What regions are players having the issue in?
        • Russia. Not sure about other regions, but currently what we see is that complaints are from Russia speaking players.
      • Are you able to reproduce this issue locally? Could you please provide repro steps?
        • I was not able to reproduce this issue as it looks like it only appears on specific ads/regions. Some players report that they can not close Yandex ads.
