Unity Ads still being in test mode in published game

    Hi!

    I published a game at Google Play (Dash Knight) 1 day ago. After that I switched Test mode in Unity Dashboard to Force test mode OFF (i.e. use real ads) for all devices. So, I've been waiting for over 24 hours but the game still shows test advertisement! (To see the ads in the game you need to lose 5 times and click "Play again" or "Main menu").

    I double checked game ID, and list of test device (it's empty).

    My simple code:

    • Built-in SDK
    • Advertisement v3.6.1 from Package Manager
    I don't know what's happening. And where I could make a mistake. Please, help me to show real ads in the game.

    Thanks for reporting this issue. We've had a couple of reports of this, so we are investigating it. For some of the reports, the issue did resolve itself, but it took longer than it should have. It's possibly a sync issue with our dashboard and the configuration service that the SDK reads from.

    I'll let you know what we find.

    P.S. The game is still showing test ads for now.

    We believe this issue has been resolved. Let me know if you are still getting test ads. You may need to toggle the test mode switch, but even that shouldn't be necessary.

    Yes, it's working! :) I had to toggle the test mode switch.
