Unity ads server are down ?Every game from me cant loading unity ads?

I dont now but today are the unity dead ?
My game crashing or cant loading unity ads?
Testing it 5games
hope it will fixed before im losing too much money :/

 

Correct, we're experiencing some problems at the moment, however should result in longer response times from our servers when requesting ads.

How is your game crashing related to this?

hi thx for your anwser hope it fix fast because yesterday and today i losing much money and have over 10 crash per hours.
So my crash are coming from android and iphone ipad. Mostly fom iphone and ipad when the ads cant loading it crashing.
On android it skipped the ads but ios it cant it will crashing when it cant loading ads.

 

Should be running again. However what do you mean by crashes? Does your game literally hard crash because of Ads not being served. Do you have any device log, stack trace, crash report or similar in that case?

hi its software crash when the unity ads cant loading the app closing no error noting.

edit: mhh only android works ios it not really working.

Sorry, still don't get how your game can crash in this case. You should check Advertisement.IsReady() before showing ads, could also be that there simply aren't any ads to show due to limit of ads shown per day per user.

i dont think its about the limit .Or its also count when the ad dont loading ? So when the ad wants to start but crashing

when i want to load ads the game close from self.

 

also having problems with ads not loading, on my play store and app store games. Once in a while they load, but mostly my "get more coins" buttons are doing nothing. The rest of my game features are still working, and all the ads services were working last night before i went to bed. it's about noon in southern California on Saturday.

 

I am having the same issue , also the weirdest part is my Test Devices are not being served at all , all of a sudden so i cannot really debug my reward system either. Also have not experienced this yesterday or the days before.

 

Hi, correct we have unfortunately had problems with the network today, but everything should be running reliably from around 19.15 UTC time (~1 hour ago). Please let us know if you still don't see ads.

All working now. Also, you guys are awesome. I really appreciate all the tools/help/resources/etc. Unity and the community provide. No, i don't work for anybody, just wanted to thank everybody.
