Question Unity ADS not showing

After updating unity to the latest version and modifying the scripts bacause of the deprecated functions the ADS are not showing when playing the game in the cellphone. The test ads are showing without problem. Is this happening to someone else? does any one have any idea of what may be happening?

Note: to test the game I installed the game from the unity editor with "build & run" and also i uploaded it to the google play console and installed it from the play store.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
