Unity ads not showing in store live build (unable to pay rent starter pack, features Unity Ads)

    My game shows ads when i tested it and everything works fine, the live version shows ads as well.
    But days ago I updated a new version to the app store, and today its live now, the ads suddenly stop showing? why?

    I don't think I had uploaded a wrong version to the appstore.

    I've just reinstall the build I had delivered to the appstore, ads works fine, then I redownload the game from the store, ads not showing

    I just read other posts, and yes, I had change the name of my game, guess that why the ads stop showing. Unity have way to fix it or not?

    Can I have an ETA on this? otherwise I will have to switch to Admob. I'm literally losing money here.
    Please send help!!!

    Please give ETA on how long does it take to fix it, then I could decide if I need to revert my appstore version with apple expedited review request...

    Just linked my game to a newly created project and uploaded to apple hope it will fix the problem.
    You guys should consider to work for Bank or any financial related company, I am sure it will have a lot of fun...o_O

    Hi,

    Have you watched non-test -ads with your game for more than 25 times during 24 hours? There's a hard limit per user per day - you can have as many test ads as you need though.

    In case running out of ads for the day isn't the issue here:

    Can you contact unityads-support@unity3d.com and send these details:
    - The game ID in question
    - Your iOS version
    - Any code responsible for handling Unity Ads

    Let's take it from there if this issue persists. We don't have any alarms about any outages - there's thousands of developers and nobody has mentioned that their ads stopped showing - and our stats seem normal right now (no particular dip seen in the amount of ads we're serving).

    Seems odd however that you stop seeing ads after uploading the game to App Store. Let's take a look and figure out what's causing this.

    GUESS WHAT! AFTER 2 DAYS OF APPSTORE REVIEW, APP GOT UPDATED BUT THE STORE VERSION STILL NOT SHOWING ADS (IT SHOWS ADS BEFORE THE APP SUBMISSION)

    AND I REINSTALL MY GAME VIA XCODE AGAIN, ADS STILL SHOWS
    REINSTALL VIA SHOP, NOT SHOWING AGAIN!!!

    I've spend 7 months on this project, it was making $30-$45 a day, and now nothing!

    I demand explanations and compensations!!! ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
