Unity Ads Bug with Displaying Ads

    Just recently, I have users reporting rewarded ads are not allowing them to close the ad. Unity ads was working fine and doesn't have anything new to be updated with. Last update I did was 3 weeks ago. Image attached shows what they see. Screenshot_20211016-232019_Discord.jpg

    Thank you for reporting the issue. I am really sorry about the inconvenience of not showing the close button due to the layout of the ad being broken.

    To investigate your problem, could you submit your questions through Unity Dashboard or email with the following information? Here is the document for how to contact us.
    • The Game IDs which related to the issue.
    • Your Developer ID or Organization Name.
    • Your code responsible for handling Unity Ads
    • If unable to login, the email address you're using to login.
    • If unable to add store details, the Store URL of your published game.
    • If awaiting campaign moderation, the name of the campaign.
