Unity AD or AdMob?

Hello,
We used to work with AdMob for about a year, suddenly after publishing our latest app we received an email saying due to invalid traffic your AdMob account has been terminated. But the case is that we hadn't clicked any ads and for the testing we used AdMob's test service for all our apps. They terminated our account and we couldn't access our account.
We don't exactly know how the AdMob detected invalid traffic after publishing the app and they didn't even tell us in which app the issue was and without any warning they just banned our AdMob account. they could just report us or warn us about the invalid traffic so we could find the issue or at least they could just limit the account for some time but they just banned the account with all the money we had for no reason.

Please help us. it has been some time that we haven't received any payment. We decided to use unity ads for our next ads and we were wondering if the unity ad service is actually answer the emails to help and not ban the account for no reason without warning?

We got banned from Unity ads but they did not respond why we got banned and after 1 week we are still waiting a response from Unity Ads. We started to use Admob I think they are okay and better than Unity Ads.

 

I have had the same experience. Unity disabled my monetization without giving any reason and I have contacted their support and have not heard back. I attached all screenshots of traffic sources and proofs. It has been over 8 days and no one from Unity has responded.

I dont agree with @sbankhead that Unity responds within 48 hours - as its been over a week for me.

They will also take back your earnings and then not respond to support tickets as then did with me:



So based on my experience, I would also advise to stay away from Unity ads.
