    Hi Guys,
Iam new to unity and I just downloaded unity 4.5 but when I started it up for the first time it looked really weird and actully wont fit correctly. Now with some dragging I fixed that but the font still looks really weird. Kinda pixelated, not that I cant read it thats not the problem its actually anoyning and It just doesn't work verry easly.

    See file below for screenshot

Title bar says you are in dx11 mode but your GPU says it's dx9.

Well its an GTX670 so I don't think thats the case. Defenitly DX11. Where to change this anyways. And could that be the problem with the terrible font?

What's your desktop resolution? That screenshot seems cropped.

It runs in 1920 x 1080 on a benq xl2420t 16:9 monitor. Every other program looks fine.

The DX11 problem doesnt fix the pixaled gui. Thats where I care about..

And actually: it says in DX9 mode becaus I plan on developing an android app. And when you create an android app it changes it to DX9. When I create an new project it will go to DX11 (Non android)

I don't know if this is relevant but I have seen this before on several applications running on AMD GPUs, if Surface Format Optimization" is forced on in the driver. I don't know what could cause it on nVidia drivers but have a look at the global applications settings for anything odd.

BTW, changing to android doesn't change the editor to DX11 on DX9 GPU mode, that is something else that is probably likely to be causing this issue, like Graham said. I am in Android mode right now and it's not in that mode.
