What are you looking for? What would you like to achieve?
It is a huge amount of work to get even close to anything you see in the showcase which requires a lot of experience and dedication.

 

I am working on Mobile project exclusively and I have 2 years experience. What I want to learn anything new along my pipeline.

However, your question is way too open to get a useful answer. Are you looking for better graphics? If so 2D or 3D?
Are you looking for terrific animation integration? Are you looking for special game play mechanics?

 

I am working for a game company.
I got quite good experience and I was planning to make my own game.
For that I first have to complete the project documentation like health for multiple units, their attacks and defenses.
Is there any software game companies using to calculate and balance the relation between those and their special abilities if they have any. The most problem I am facing with balancing their stats.
It's very crucial and important part of any project.
The game I am more intrusted in is Rival Kingdoms.
I have some guys who will provide me support with Rigging, Animation and Server side code.
I don't want to take any step further until I don't have a strong project plan by my side.
I have team support and new guys can be hired if necessary.
