    Just finished glancing through the summary of the contents covered by the series (Amazon is awesome for this) and the reviews for it, and frankly this series has very limited value. For learning the interface and creating levels within Unity the series doesn't appear to offer anything Unity's official tutorials don't, but that's not the real limiting factor of this series.

    The real limitation with this series is that the language of choice is UnityScript. UnityScript is being discontinued very soon.

    How on earth did someone write a book targeting UnityScript and Unity 5? UnityScript has been practically dead since At least mid 4.x
