How would i get a nice simulation of a fabric, like regular fabric, a shirt or anything, with unity 5 ? Current, standard shader mixed with lighting looks like it's a wet fabric, non-soft fabric. I know there's a way, i just don't know where to start.

tryed adding mettalicness maps to your shader? I have achieved a good fabric look with ddo calibrated for unity 5 metalness.

Metalness ? Metalness just makes it more dark here...

emh, what? are you sure to have a good texture, or at least calibrated for unity 5?

Calibrated for unity 5 ? What would that mean ? I just transformed my project from 4 to 5, so yeah.

I would suggest reading up on PBR and the standard shader. It sounds like what you want is very low smoothness, no metallic (unless it's a metal shirt of course).

Yeah figured it out... But do you know why is metalic giving me nothing but black color to my material ? It's not giving me that nice metalic effect with reflection, it's instead giving me black color, like emission of black color ... :/

I think the metal base diffuse is always black because metal gets its look from reflection. Do you have a skybox set up or something to reflect? Try it in a new scene and see what you get.

I do have a skybox set for reflecting... Does this need a reflection probe or something ?
