Unity 5 editor selection highlight shader source?

    Hello, the scene view selection outline gizmo looks great. I've downloaded the builtin_shaders-5.5.0b1 and looked online, but I can't find the source.

    If anyone could direct me or post the source I would be really grateful. In case there's confusion about which shader I mean, it is the orange outline as can be seen below:

    Anyone who got this shader from the link to work?
    I assigned it to a object but it doesn't really do anything except show the color from the texture.
