Unity 5 - Character Drops To Surface

    Heey,

    My character (arms & weapon) drops to the surface, but it doesn't go through the ground.
    Not that I want it to go through the ground lol.

    But yeah, I want it to be at the position I positioned it to and not so it drops till it hits the ground.

    Several people couldn't help me and google didn't show me any correct result about this.

    Hope someone can help me, thanks.

    So the problem was my movement script, it uses gravity so it goes to the surface.
    Now my question is;

    How can I set a standard height for the character? So the surface will be a bit higher than the actual ground?

    I would use a larger collider around your game object char to keep it "up in the air"?
