Unity 5.3 Won't Launch

    I've installed Unity 5.3 yesterday, but all it gives me after launching it is a grey screen. I've reinstalled twice and ticked everything but nothing. While installing I always get a Microsoft Visual Studio error, and it won't install VS stuff for Unity.
    I have a 32 bit System.
