Unity 5.3.2 Just screwed everything up

<PROBLEM IS FIXED>
was something to do with one of my materials i made and 5.3 made the material be transparent so thats why i was invisible :/


First problem I realized is that all my scripts are like this:


which is weird and then the second and biggest problem is that when i run the project my character sprite is not showing when i play (but everything seems to look fine when i check it out in the editor :/ ) :

So I have 2 questions:

1. Is there a fix?
2. Can i downgrade?
