Unity 4.5 deleted all textures of all my projects

    The new update of Unity3d to version 4.5 has deleted all my textures (using RTP). It also no longer allows me to add sounds to my scene. Is it just a matter of waiting for a fix or is it advisable to revert back to the old version and if I did, will it fix these problems?

    Please advise and thanks.

    Has anybody else had these issues after installing 4.5? What are the latest updates and fixes?

    The latest version is 4.5, which was just released a few days ago. I've never seen any issues like that. If you have a project that demonstrates a bug then submit it with repro steps using the bug reporter.
