With pure dynamic shadows, our shadows are correctly tinted using ambient (snow so shadows are bluish).

The moment we bake the terrain geometry, all of the dynamic shadows falling on it turn into grey. The end result is we have blue baked shadows (correct) and grey dynamic shadows (wrong and ugly). The dynamic shadows on lightmapped geometry also don't respond to ambient anymore.

    How do we fix this?

    $Unity Shadow bug.png

Ambient color is bluish, and the colors for the baked shadow and dynamic shadow on non-lightmapped are correct.

The dynamic shadow on the lightmapped object however loses all connection with ambient, and is a completely different color from the baked shadow.

    Are you using dual lightmapping?

I'm using single lightmapping. I just tried dual lightmapping though and the errors are the same as with single lightmapping.

    Any news on this?
I have a similar problem with wrong colored shadows (dynamic/lightmapped).
