    Hi,

    has anyone encountered this:

Whenever I close Unity 4.0 and the current scene is not yet saved, Unity freezes.

    Posted bug report: Case 498048

    I also saw this behavior:

When I save the scene and exit, the scene is marked "dirty" (asterix aside the scene/project name) for a second and then Unity exits normal. Has anyone seen this, too?

Latest version being 4.0.1 right? I'll get someone to take a look.

    Hi,

I was contacted by Unity support and I struggle to reproduce the error. I supposed that it either had to do with debugging (MonoDevelop or UnityVS) or unsaved content upon Unity close.

The only thing that changed between the last time this happened (2 days ago) and now: I installed the latest AMD HD7900 drivers.

AMD drivers seem to have quite some problems with Unity (see the freeze remarks after sleep recovery, only reported AMD cards), so it might be a general AMD driver problem.

@Imillionaire: Do you have an AMD card?
