    Hi!
I am using Unity 2022.1.13f1. Recently my friend made a 3d model of character and dropped to me. It has model itself and material. Also it uses skin mesh renderer, if it will help to solve the problem.
So, the problem is when I create project from 3D Core template and drop model into the Scene - everything works fine. I can see it on Camera preview and in Game window. Cool

But when I create 3D URP project and do all the same actions - Camera view is empty. The model doesnt render at all! I tried to google the problem and asking people, but no answer was given.

So, does anyone encountered this problem? And whats wrong with Unity URP, that it doesnt want to render our model? What we can do in the model or in the project to fix it?

Note: when I switched Surface Type in model material from Opaque to Transparent, the model started to render. But I do not need it transparent. :c

Any help will be much appreciated

Hi, have you tried changing the Depth Priming to Disabled in "URP-HighFidelity-Renderer.asset"?

Ok, the solution is: go to Assets->Settings->URP-HighFidelity-Renderer.asset find Rendering->Depth Priming Mode in the Inspector tab and set it to Disabled. It helps!
    Thanks!

Maybe model's material is using a custom shader that doesn't have "DepthOnly" and "DepthNormals" shader passes. You can also try changing the shader to Lit or Unlit.
