Unity 3D Game Kit Rock Shader

I've downloaded the environment assets for the 3D game kit but i'm finding that the Rock shader that shows moss on the upward normals of the mesh is not working. I also have the full 3D game kit in a separate project and the shader works fine in that project, but not in my new project with just the environment pack. What am I missing to get the shader to work?

 

I know that this is 3 years old at this point but do you remember if you ever found a fix for that? I have the same problem :/
