Unity 2D UI and os Catalina

    Not sure whats going on?!? Just updated mac os to Catalina (not sure thats the issue), reinstalled Unity 2019.2.8f1 and created a simple UI project only with a Panel and a Text object.

    Tried building it to iOS and got all some sorts of errors:

    What is wrong here?!?!? Never had this issue before?!?

    Same here after the update to Catalina
    It's actually any shaders at all not just the UI, that can't get compiled

    I am having the same issues has anyone found a solution?

    Shader error in 'Hidden/Internal-PrePassLighting': Internal error, unrecognized message from the shader compiler process. Please report a bug including this shader and the editor log.

    I get these Shader Unsupported errors with Unity 2019.3.4f1 but not with Unity 2019.3.13f1 (on Catalina).
