unity 2d kit character and other environmental changes

hello

i downloaded 2d game kit from asset store and i want to create something good with that tool/kit, but i m not a good programmer so i want to know the way, if there is a way to change the character(ellen) to my own design character and others stuffs like enemies,bakcground,platforms.

You don't need any programming to do that. You only need to learn how to use various editor features.

There's a bunch of tutorials here, but to begin with you can just look at the ones on how to create sprites and character animation:

Once you create your own content, then you can just switch it out in the editor.
