Feedback Unity 2d kit avatar Health

I am working on a platformer game using unity 2dkit, my problem is that I don't like the heart icon II and I want to change it into a health bar instead because heart icons as health ui is so old school, so please how do I change it, I would like if anyone could also post a link to maybe a video on how to change it, thank you.
