Bug unity 2022LTS loss many fps in urp(from 120fps to 10fps avg)

    after my project update from 2021lts urp12 to 2022lts urp14, the render time change from 2ms to 50ms
    i have tried in two computer with 2080 and 3060ti ,both of them has the same problem.
    and 2022lts crash about ten times in one day.
    i have already change the version back.

    and the editor become very lag also...
    hope the new version because we still need forward+

    in the profiler
    this function Gfx.WaitForPresentOnGfxThread() use about 50ms in a tick.
    in 2021LTS every thing is ok.

    i have about four camera in my scene ,and the other three is for render some rendertexture for shader.

    I noticed a decrease in performance on Android even without using RenderTexture. In my project, FPS dropped from 60 to 35. The bug report was sent. IN-49712.

    Quick check:
    In 2022 make sure soft shadow quality is at low if you use it. 2021 always has low on soft shadows, 2022 it defaults to medium

    thanks but that's not answer.
    i have tested the problem is between 2021 3.14f1c1 - 2021.3.27f1c1(this already has bug)-2022lts
