Bug Unity 2022.2.1f1 cannot build game to mobile!

Hi there!

I using Unity 2022.2.1f1 and it cannot build to any mobiles, such as Android, iOS anymore
my project was switched from Unity 2022.1.0b2, and when I was used this 2022.1.0b2 everything seem to be Ok, I can build and run fine on Android and iOS, But I used Unity Legacy Ads, so this version not support!

Unity Ads 4.4.1, so I have to switch to Unity 2022.2.1f1 for this package Unity Ads 4.4.1
this Unity 2022.2.1f1 can use Ads 4.4.1
But now it cannot build to any mobiles at all!

- for the Android, I build to .aab and found error talked about Java , Gradle fails or somethings
- for the iOS, I build to Xcode and it cannot even run, it just show error talked about migrate some language or somethings...

so I would like to know what changed? and how to build a game to mobile?
because I paid about 400$ every years, But why this update broke my project?

I need Unity Ads 4.4.1 because in older version (Unity 2022.1.0b2) just keep Unity Ads to 3.7.5 without Update button, because it seem to be the latest for this Unity and this version (3.7.5) not even always show, and Reward Ads is always not ready, and unable to see.
